Offer traffic lights??

Can someone explain the system to me??

I get what Red/Yellow/Green mean...but what's the blue one? Do i have to do anything or does the system just automoatically update if/when i get credit for an offer?

You don't have to do anything differently at all. The Blue just means that we haven't had enough people try the offer yet to be able to rate it.
