There truly is no service like Disney service

So, like the ditz I am, I left my charger in my room at POFQ. I realized this the day after I got home (Friday)-I called POFQ, and was transferred to their lost and found. I opened with "I think I may have left my charger in my room..." and she replied with "Heather? We mailed it out today." It arrived yesterday.

DH left 2 pair of pants in a drawer at Pop. We got a postcard in the mail a few days later asking us to call them about some possibly left behind items. (DH didn't even realize he had not put them back in the suitcase until we got the postcard). I called Pop and the pants arrived in the mail 2 days later. I was very favorably impressed with the service.
