Will do! I've never cooked short ribs before so I hope the meat is REALLY good! It looked nice and fresh and it was still partially frozen.

Wellll.....since I wasn't planning on having them tonight until they were delivered, I'm kind of just doing it on the fly. I'm doing them in my crock-pot. I had a can of beef consomme in my pantry so I threw that in. And I had some Tastefully Simple herb pesto seasoning that I shook in. I didn't want to put anything too flavorful (like BBQ sauce) on them because I want to see if they really do taste better than the usual beef I buy.

They smell really good. I hope they taste as good. I'll have to let you know after dinner.

yes, let us know. I plan on ordering next month, if the offer is still there. Right now I have quite a bit of meat in the freezer, so I don't want to order til I am short on meat.
