pay pal cashouts

i tried looking for the answer but sometimes i can't see what is right there.

but, if i cashed out in mid oct, when can i expect payment? the last day of november?

"PayPal cashouts will appear in your account by the last day of the month in the month after you cash out, or the next business day. (For example, if you cash out December 14, your payment will appear in your account on January 31)"


But I personally would wait until the last day of the month, to squeeze as much as you can into the cashout. And the money will appear in your paypal account on the last day of the next month (or business day soon after).

Be aware, though, that paypal has been charging a fee on certain accounts...
