Two returns questions...

1. If you return an item from Sephora, and part of your order was paid via giftcard, is your giftcard refunded before your credit card?
2. How long does a refund from Endless take?

I've never returned anything to either of those merchants but I have to other merchants and B&M stores where I have used a gift card.

In my experience if I used a gift card and a credit card my credit card has always been refunded first.

To be safe......I would keep that gift card handy just in case.

Not sure Heather. Can you return it to a Sephora store and specify how you want them to refund it? Most of the time I just bring it to the store and swap for another item.

I've never ordered from Endless.
