hmmm...that's odd, I went to try it again after I saw your response, and it worked fine! It didn't even let me in at all before...sorry for the confusion, and thanks for checking on that so quickly!

I had a similar thing happen. It asked me a few questions and then asked me my DD9's name so I thought that I had qualified. Once I clicked to go forward, it said that the quota was full.
