    Default TT question - how to reply back

    I had to file a trouble ticket for a purchase for a purchase on 8/26 at Barnes and Noble. Cindy put a note in the trouble ticket asking for the date. I do not see anyway to reply back and get her confirmation on the date. Plus it was an odd purchase that I made 8/25 at night and it registered as 8/26 at 2:30 AM as the purchase time so the date is a little confusing. Plus payment was verified by phone on 8/26 at 6:30 PM... so I am not sure which date and time B&N is using...

    I would put the date that shows up on the confirmation email since that is the date that they will see. You should be able to hit respond or something similar in the trouble ticket itself. If for some reason you can't then I would just create a new trouble ticket under "account questions" and answer her questions and reference the trouble ticket number you are talking about.
