I think I was actually just looking at your account.
If your account goes inactive because you have not logged in, we CAN reactivate it. Unlike a lot of other rewards sites, you do not lose your money no matter how long it has been since you were active. Give your account a shot now and see if you can get in.

I did a search here and found previous threads about how the initial help email might get sent to spam so I thought I would post on the forum. Another question, how long does a member have to be inactive to become "inactive"?

It's usually 90 days but it can also be if emails keep getting bounced back to us.
