Default Should I file a TT??

I had an Avis rental booked 12/5-12/13 last month. I went back thru my other avis credits and they posted a month after the car was returned. I'm now at 1 month 1 week, and no credit. Should i file a TT? I think the TT rules state you have to file in 30 days.

You can go ahead and file it, include the email confirmation. Those generally do take a little longer, but at least we will have it on file then.
If you think you know all the answers, it just means you haven't been asked all the questions.
