I believe it was the Holiday promo, and the company was SWAK that you should have received the gift cert from. I am verifying it with them right now. Have you checked your spam folder also for it?

The way my e-mail works, there really is no spam filter, the cable company sets it up. I usually have no problem getting any e-mail...but I can check.
