Cashing out question

You guys are going to get so tired of me
Do you have to cash out at certain times? Or can you just keep earning? I didn't know if you had to cash out at the year end and then start fresh at the beginning of the year, or if you have to do it every quarter? If so I didn't want to miss out and lose my earnings!!

There are no required cashout times. You can just let your earnings build until you are ready to cash them out.
