$29 for Oct and so far $13 for Nov, but I'm also waiting on 3 online purchases to pend. Two were placed last weekend (ebay and shoebuy). I'm waiting to see if they show as pending after this weekend. I've never had a problem with those 2 posting before. I just placed another order on B&N so we'll see if that posts before next week. Gotta love the SM status though, only need to wait 3 days for those to post once they do show up!
