Didn't receive credit for Aqua Dots

I bought the aqua dots on October 6th. I already received the item 5 days ago and didn't recieve the $4.00 credit.
Since this isn't a "shopping" credit but an offer, do I still need to file a TT? They didn't send out a confirmation email/tracking email. The only proof I have is that they charged my credit card.

I haven't received credit either, but I did get an email saying they were sending it.

The only confirmation I received was when I placed my order. I am sure it can be tracked since I placed it through SR and put it in my pending pile. I thought I read it took a while to be credited but wasn't sure.
