First of all, THANKS Tricia for such a quick response to my Trouble Tickets regarding this merchant!
However, on each of these hotel stays we had two hotel rooms. We have two receipts but they each have the same name and the same room number as we paid for both rooms under the same person and on the same credit card. It posts on our Priority Club account as two seperate receipts but the receipts list the same customer, reservation number and room number.
Is there anything I can do to receive the credit for both reservations? I wasn't sure if you would be able to differentiate the two reservations through our clicks through SR. Sorry this is so confusing!
