What's up with this? It asks for my name, address, and phone number. Not really keen on putting all that in. But want to take the surveys. any insight on this? If it's now the norm, guess I will miss out on this one and just go for the y2c.

I got that login screen tonight too, but it didn't ask for my phone number, just name and street address. I don't have a problem giving them that information since I feel it is a reputable survey company (or SR wouldn't have them here), and also knowing that this information is going through SR, but if you don't feel comfortable giving your information then you did the right thing by skipping it.
