Cashout & Big Board?

If you cash out, does that take down your 'earnings' for the big board? Or is it actually what you earned that month regardless of how much you cashed out for?

Does that make sense? Say you were at 300 on the big board, cashed in for 2 $100 gift cards, taking your current balance down to $100. Does that mean you move down the big board list to a $100 position, or are you still at whatever place (#1?) with $300 because it's your earnings that month?

I'm sure that's clear as mud...

Cashouts don't affect the big board, it just takes you for what you've earned that month total
