Tricia will give instructions later on when they open the SM lounge again. They close it every quarter so they can change some of the special cash backs, change some of the special offers and sometimes remodel the place and clean up after the last group LOL! Won't be long! See you there since it is my first time in quite a while!

I started SR on Feb. 18. I wasnt in long enough to earn enough for 2nd quarter but was able to bypass SM and go straight to SMP for the 3rd quarter. (thanks to the new surveys) So far I love what I see!! Looks like we get some great extra benefits!!! I have never cashed anything out but am getting tempted!!

I hope it's ok to piggyback onto the super member lounge question. And I hope Tricia or someone else see's this.
Did I miss a step in signing up for SM status this quarter? The paid email shows in my account status. I am able to access the super member lounge stuff(did the merchant rating, credit for coupon printing, etc). Thought I'd done what I needed to do.
However, no thread is showing up in the forum saying "super members only"(or whatever it says) nor when I click on the SM survey-do I get credit for those. It's happened twice. I don't do Y02's alot, so I didn't think about it until the 2nd one in a week that I'd gotten the "congrats" page, didn't credit.
Should I file a trouble ticket or do something else?
