Travelocity Credits?

Has anyone else has issues with Travelocity credits lately? I've had to submit TT for 3 of the last 4 transactions I've had with them. I would think it was an issue with my computer, but one of them did come thru on it's own, and none of my other purchases have problems.

I used them twice in April, and both times (nonrefundable airplane tickets) the full credit came through nearly immediately. No pending, just $2 into my account each time.
