They are not a reward site but I wanted to warn everyone anyway. I ordered two pairs of shoes on 10-2. On 10-12 they sent me an email stating my order was delayed and wouldn't ship for 2-3 weeks. They had already charged my credit card. I told them I wanted to cancel the order. They said the usual, the credit will show up in your next billing cycle. So I get the next bill and the credit isn't there. I emailed them and they said they have 30 days to refund and I called on the 12th to cancel so they don't have to refund until the 12th of November. But wait, the 12th is a holiday so they don't have to refund until the 13th. Then it can take 7-10 business days to show up on my card. What the heck kind of customer service is that. They waited 10 days to tell me the item wasn't available then they tell me I have to wait for a refund. It didn't take that lond to charge me, why should it take that long to credit me.
