    Thank you for moving the Limited Time Rate Increases to the top of the page! Not that I minded scrolling to the bottom, but it's great to see them RIGHT THERE!!

    It's kind of funny. We design things on the programming end and if they "work", we hardly look at them. But then I went in today to see for myself what the increases were and went--"Why are they the whole way at the bottom??" LOL! I guess if I used SR more often, it would be more user friendly.
