I ordered a $50 gift card from Sephora on 11/9, received the card yesterday. It is not showing up in my account, even in credit hold. Do gift cards not count?

I ordered a $50 gift card from Sephora on 11/9, received the card yesterday. It is not showing up in my account, even in credit hold. Do gift cards not count?
Is there a tequilla club I could join?? I'd settle for rum though.
I haven't ordered from Sephora so I'm not sure what the normal wait time is. There is a possibility that they had already sent in the credits for the week on Friday and you ordered after that cut off so it could show up in this week's batch of credits. I thought I read that the gc did count for credit so I would give it a few more days.
