Trouble Ticket? Should I file

I know from the past that hotel stays do tend to take longer to post and credit than a regular shopping credit. We stayed at a hotel and checked out on August 15 - I haven't seen anything in my pending nor have I received credit - should I file a trouble ticket or should I wait a little longer?

I would file a ticket just to get it into the system. If it credits on its on then no problem but if it doesn't u want it there for the next time they submit tickets. As long as it has been 14 days file the ticket and then wait and see what happens from there. Good luck!
