    Default Trouble ticket question

    I have two separate trouble tickets filed on 5/10 and 6/10 for a washer machine and a computer we purchased. Finally my DH remembered to go through SR. What happens to those tickets? Since I haven’t received any update since the time I opened them. I’m sure SR has checked on them but how will I know if I don’t get credit…will they just close the ticket?

    After 90 days, it's usually safe to assume you won't get credit.
    Been here for almost 10 years...eep.

    Oh no...what a bummer. Those were big ticketed items too.
