Just gotta say - SR customer service rocks! I submitted two TTs this week (I have probably had less than 15 TTs in three years at SR, so this was odd). Tricia has researched them and submitted them to the merchants for credit. Even if they don't ultimately come through, I really appreciate that she takes the time to check them out and gives us an avenue to pursue credits that don't come automatically. It makes me feel appreciated and valued as a member that SR goes to bat for us with the merchants.

Tricia, I know it takes time and effort for just a few dollars, and I think y'all are the best!

The SR team is SUPER good at looking out for it's members. I have had only a few TT's since the beginnings of SR. They have worked hard at getting credit for us! I can't imagine there being another reward site that has such wonderful customer service or has that "family" atomosphere. WOOHOO to SR!
