I did about a month ago. I ordered my new vacuum cleaner through SR and picked up at a local store. Got credit a few days later.

Can you use the 20% coupon on-line? And in store pickup to get credit?

You can try but the 20% discount may cause you to lose the percentage back. I would say to place the order anyway through SR and see what happens. The worst that happens is you don't get credit. The 20% is such a good deal that you wouldn't pass that up to get the 2% back anyways so you can't really lose anything by trying. Unless of course Tricia chimes in that this is one of the stores that gets up in the air if you try to use a coupon.

I was wondering the same thing about the coupon. My MIL wants a certain hand-vac from them, and then 20% off would make up the diff in shipping it to her. Would still like the 2% back, but don't want to screw anything up for SR.

I'm pretty sure they are talking about the coupons you get from their flier that they mail to your home! I get them at least once a week! HTH
