    Default Shopping Credits and Partially Shipped Orders...

    I placed an order with Macy's through Sunshine Rewards for $XXX. My credit just showed up, and it's only $X.XX (half of the 2% on the total order), even though Macy's is a 2% cashback merchant. Is this because Macy's only charges your card as each item is shipped? Of the 7 items I ordered, only 5 have shipped...
