i signed up for Zooba on 12/12. the charge hit my cc, and i see on their website that my selection was shipped today.
i have never gotten an email confirmation for signing up or for the shipment. i also have yet to see my SR credit.
is this typical for this offer?

Definitely not. Can you send me an email with all of the details you have? (email address used, name on account, any order numbers or customer numbers from their website?). Normally, I would wait to have you file a trouble ticket. But I have not seen ONE credit come through since we switched this to a new advertising company last week.Originally Posted by LauraLea
