    Default Trouble tickets emails

    Tricia and I no longer handle trouble tickets so emailing us really won't help. We look over them once they are filed, but from their Angie takes it, so please if your 7 days are up ,or maybe wait 10, just feel free to file a trouble ticket instead of emailing us. We probably get 2000 or so emails a day, so theres a chance we won't even see yours.
    If you think you know all the answers, it just means you haven't been asked all the questions.

    Wow, and I thought getting 20 a day was rough.

    It is just heart breaking knowing you should get credit and the vendor doesn't come through. I could of made "super member", but I could of made it in other way too.
