I am a glutton for punishment...I picked up a 12-hour OT shift at work so I doubt I will get any surveys today.

The weight loss goal is going well though. I've been very diligent about getting on the elliptical machine for at least 10 minutes every day. I've also been really good with my food intake so I am happy to report that I am down 4 pounds. I've also noticed that my clothes are fitting a little better so I am definitely toning up too.

Well, after the high of the last couple of days, back to reality survey-wise. Got 3 today, will try the others again later, but so far 17/80. Not sure that goal is going to be met.

Good day in survey-land, 5 of them. So, 22/80.

Did my mile plus today-off to do weights and exercises.....and I re-upped with WW online yesterday. Still getting the hang of the new program....

I didn't update yesterday, but I'm at 14/90. I was gone all day, so I'm trying surveys now, but I'm tired so this might not last very long.
