I totally agree. If another rewards site that I'd actually ever heard of was in the lead I suppose I wouldn't be so suspicious. But this voting seems to be a bit off.

My understanding is that it is once and they track by IP address.

I believe it will count a vote once per ip address. Therefore, if someone can change their ip address readily (maybe on dial up?), they can probably vote hundreds of times.This is just a guess however.
