Those of you who are big TGM fans may want to try to put some pressure on him to work with us. Thus far, he doesn't seem to think we are good enough to work with.

Can we get REI? They have an affliliate program. I did a search of this thread and didn't see that anyone has asked for them before.

They have great customer service. I ordered a pair of Teva sandals for my husband and a year later they broke. I called REI and they couldn't replace them because the style was discontinued, but they gave me my money back.

Unfortunately they aren't considering us as we were declined by them. Have no idea why. If you really want them, I can try to contact their affiliate manager and find out why.

That is strange that we were declined. Not like SR is a fly-by-night site.

I don't order from there often maybe a couple of times a year.....so if someone else chimes in that they would shop there it would be worth it for us to get them. I did see a pair of hiking boots I would like to get and they were expensive. And they do have great sales.

I don't want to see you go crazy to get them if only a couple of people would shop there.

I'll look around at the other shoe sites. I'm sure I can find something.

I've been hoping SR would get REI since I joined! Would love to do my REI shopping through you guys... Suddenly DH has a need for a "cool" computer bag, and nothing less than Timbuk2 brand will do (which is at REI).

I'm holdin' out on buying him one until you get answers!
