We haven't been able to get approved for Delta yet. Does kayak allow rewards to be paid out? I was under the impression that they didn't, but I could be wrong.

I just went back and checked the terms. I didn't see anywhere that they didn't allow rewards sites. It said anyone can apply and they will check out the site and decide whether to approve.
