Closed Trouble ticket question
I filed a trouble ticket at the ned of decemeber for Miles Kimball and found out today that it closed without me getting credit because they did not sned me a confirmation email until 3 days after my order. i could not at the time remeber which date I had actually ordered on.
Is there any way for me to get credit for this offer. i would have htought they'd kept the original date of order on their system

I would open a new TT referencing the closed one and ask your questions from there. TT questions can't be addressed in the forum.

Make sure to open the new TT as an account question TT and not a new request credit TT. Make sure you reference all of the information in the TT and find out if you need to file a new one with the correct information or if Miles Kimball has refused payment of the sale.
