    Default Filing TT question

    I place a drugstore.com order almost two weeks ago, and so far no pending credit. I would like to file a TT for it, but I never got a confirmation email for the order. I don't think I accidentally deleted it because I kept an eye out for it to come.

    I do have a shipping notification email, but I don't know if the headers from that will have the right info needed or not. Any idea if this might work for a TT?

    Go ahead and just file with what you have. If Ashleigh needs more, she'll let you know. But with drugstore, that should be fine.
