I think I recall that MID's are manual. I did one on Sunday, and it showed up the next day.

I think they are manuals. I did one last night and it didn't credit right away so I checked the fast crediting section and they were not listed in there.

I got that message over the weekend too and I think it's been awhile since I have done a MID. I cleared cookies and private data too. I haven't experienced this before,
