i guess where it says vote is where you vote cause that's where i voted. i did not see any blue banner. if i voted in the wrong place please let me know.

I also had trouble figuring out where to vote so after I logged in to the site I went back through the link from Tricia. To the left of the session title was a button vote.

Wow the vote button looks alot like a "DIGG" button it was hard to find, but my vote has been cast!

ok, I figured it out for you...click on most popular sessions in the middle of the page (small letters) and on next page click on taking advantage of seasonality..then the vote button is on the left. HTH
