I ran my very 1st race this weekend in sweltering heat and did it in 35:15!! I soooooo deserve a Starbucks GC!!! I can taste that Mocha Frappachino lite now!!

the new mocha coconut frapp is TDF. I am going to have to get one today- I go 'skinny' on it, but I have to admit, this one is way better with the calories. I consider it a twice a month indulgence.
