    Yay! Payment is in my paypal account-on the 13th. Thanks for the help.

    Sorry for the repetition-just so I understand-you cash out between the 1 and the 15th-payment will be the 15th of the following month. If you cash out between the 16th and the end of the month and the payment will be the end of the following month. Right?

    Correct. I wait late in the day on the 15th and last day of the month to cash out for as much as I can.

    Right! The 15th and end of the month are your two cutoff dates.
