Vista Print Calendar and Hat ???

So, I assume that my Vista Print calendar credit from the 13th is a lost cause? I just got an email yesterday that it has shipped. This is the part I don't really understand, why one of them would credit and not the other?

I recieved my calendar super fast being I purchased the slowest shipping, for the price I paid for this calendar it is the cutest thing ever, I put our Disney pictures for each month and I cant wait to get to work tomorrow and put it on my desk!!! I cant wait to get the hat even though im saving it for fathers day.

I got the calendar. very cute for the price. can't wait to order more for christmas presents. the hat has been shipped. but i haven't gotten credit for either of my orders placed on the 12.

Has anyone received credit for the calendar offer??? I haven't seen anyone say they have yet. I did it the calendar on the 12th and the hat on the 15th. Both have been shipped, but I haven't received credit for either of them yet.

I think it is so strange that they have not credited. Vista Prints has always come through so quickly. I think I saw where one or two folks got their credit.
