    Default Disney Shopping!!!!

DH told me yesterday to go ahead and get my b-day present. (Not for about a month or so.) He knows I have been eyeing some things on the Disney shopping site. I can spend about $100! Now I feel pressure. I have never bought ME that much at one time there! I usually buy the kids things, friends things, etc. I am so excited!

I really like the black and white Mickey plate sets that they have. But I cannot get more than 4 for my spending limit. Anyone have these? Are they nice?

I also like the canister set. I have been wanting a new canister set for a long time.

    I like the suitcases too.

I also really like the new Mickey desk set. (stapler, notepad holder, etc.)

There is the 29 percent off today. So I may try to purchase something today. There is also the $5 shipping. Not too bad. Do you think if I wait I will do better or worse when it comes to savings? Maybe this is not a big deal to some....but I don't buy things for myself too often, so this is a big fun deal for me!

I am off to look on the site.....So.....any advice?

Post some links so I can see what you are looking at.

Based on what you said I would go with the canister set and maybe the desk set. I haven't gotten the luggage in so I can't vouch for quality quite yet.

Here are some of the things I have been looking at. I would love to have some Disney things in my kitchen without it looking crazy. I think these (besides the desk set) are very classy for a Mickey item.

Ok my vote now seeing the items is for the 4 piece dinner set. I think if you use the code you can get 5 sets for $106 + shipping which is a pretty good deal. I like the desk set but I don't like the price. The canister set is nice but I prefer the table ware.

Oooh fun! And you were just saying yesterday that you've been sooo good & not shopping/looking there! What a magical thing to have $100 for Disney on Y-O-U!! Woo hoo! And I'd for SURE get it today! Afterall, it's 29% off...so maybe you could get more than just one thing!!

I really do love their new M Collection for the kitchen! Subtle, but just still magical! Of those you posted, I like the canisters best, but I really like the desk set too...but it may be (GASP) too much...

Have fun & be sure to let us know what you get! Like Pat said...we're nosey!!

I really like the canisters-they're Disney but subtle.
However, I have a Tigger Stapler and Rabbit tape dispenser that lasted me all of college, so I might get the Mickey desk stuff.
Been here for almost 10 years...eep.

Okay....because I really don't NEED the plate set (though I REALLY want it), I think I might have decided on the canister set - which I DO need. Mine have cracks in them. I also thought about adding this

    http://disneyshopping.go.com/webapp/...tegoryId=11914

My kitchen has goldish colored walls and has burgundy curtains. There is green counter tops which we will replace to a neutral color in the next year or so. I have my canister set in the corner by my stove with my salt and pepper shakers sitting in front of them. I think the canister set and the shakers will look nice together. I like the colors. What do you all think?

I know....you would think this is such a serious decision....LOL!!! But I don't get this kind of money to spend very often! I WON'T spend it on my own without DH pushing me to do it. So....I need to make a wise choice. The chance won't come again....or at least for a LONG time!
