No Credit for DS/SM

MV and SH credited for me but not SSI dont want to try DS or SM since doesnt seem like they will credit.....looks like the ones on the hour not crediting....

Just checked back, still no credit since 6PM. Not sure what to do. I always clear cookies before I shut the computer down for the night so I can start fresh in the morning. All the stop lights are yellow and red so maybe nothing is crediting except for MV/SH?

I have the same question about clearing and running cleaner I shut down about now and dont get back at it until tomorrow night any info would be great about what could possibly be going on. thanks!

I'm not going to even attempt any surveys tomorrow until we know what the issue is and should we clear cookies and are we just out of luck for the ones we completed tonight and did not get credit for.

No credit for DS, SSI2, or AMP this evening. I'll probably hold off doing surveys for a day or 2.

I am seeing credits okay for the regular GF, SSI, SH, and MV. It looks like nothing has come through for SSI2, YourTwoCents, or AMP/MTC since last night. I just emailed them, but they are on the West Coast so it will likely be a couple of hours before I hear anything from them. I'll let you know as soon as I do. SH and MV are definitely not affected because we run the credits straight from their thank you pages. SSI numbers are REALLY high this morning (3 out of 4 people who clicked in the last hour got credit). GF is crediting but just not as high as SSI.

Tricia-i finished a ds about 1:15 this morning and it never credited and i also did an ssi and completed that at around 4 and it did not credit either. do u see any credits for me on these 2 surveys?

So, if Tricia is still seeing credits for othersthen that means it was those particular surveys, and we are just out of luck for those surveys we took yesterday?

I had fingers crossed that I'd at least see something in my account overnight but nothing.

No. If we have the credits, we will definitely make sure that you get them. It might just mean that we have to manually load them if for some reason the survey company's system didn't transfer them properly to ours.

Our cable went down last nite for about 3 hours, starting around 3:30 pm CST, maybe the outage had something to do with it.
