Problems with trouble ticket?

I am not sure what to do. I filed a TT on 2/15 because I never received credit for an order with Groupon. I got a response saying that my credit should be coming through and if I didn't see it to resubmit.

I filed a new TT on 2/26 and got a response saying my credit should be coming through but I still have not gotten the credit. Should I file another TT?

I have two older ones from Target. I finally sent a message via TT and Ashleigh is looking into it. One of the two was for a large order so I hate to miss out. Perhaps that is an option for you? Fingers crossed!
