Surveys not crediting question

They just don't care, honestly. I can email them again and try to figure out what is going on, but I don't even think that they have a person that answers emails. They pretty much just tell us that if we do not get credit for something, it is because the person either didn't take the survey right or didn't qualify.

How about we try this. Go ahead and start listing all of the information about the surveys that do not credit in this thread. We really need specifics, like the survey number while you are taking it. Maybe if we can put together enough concrete information and get them to come see that this is being posted about them, they will start to pay attention.

Completed a Live this morning that did not credit. Was on a well known oatmeal brand. Was a Decipherinc survey, said 30 mins, took a bit longer than that and I got the correct ending page.

My Opinion Central didn't credit this morning either - mine was on cold medicine.

I took another one this afternoon and it credited!

I agree, the cold medicine survey didn't credit, but I got credit for another Opinion Central after that

So I never complain but today has really kicked my butt! Took an Opinion Central and DS and Research for Good (1.75) that didn't credit!

I got an Opinion Central later that did credit and a LiveSample.

After all the talk earlier about what a great day it's been - I feel left out!!!!

But I will continue to take surveys and I know that sometimes they don't credit but today was really awful for me!! I'm glad it was really good for others, just wish it had been for me!

Yep, it was the cold medicine survey. How can the company deny 4 people that completed the survey and not give credit.
