Chrome error

For the last 2 days using Chrome when I touch a key like a number, do not hit it just right I get google chrome help screen, which will not let me back in the survey goes to another tab and I can not get rid of google help screen, its takes over any tab with that screen, then windows errors screen comes up and keeps coming one after another, until it just takes over the computer. I had this happen in windows 8, which became a nightmare, so I moved to my windows 7 and it is happening here also. It has to be a Chrome issue, anyone
else using Chrome in the last 2 days have this happen to them?

I use Chrome for most surveys and it's been working fine. Been having trouble with IE-but that's on my end-think computer needs a tune up....
