Curious to hear if anyone has given Paleo a try and how hard it was to switch over. I'm thinking about giving it a try as it is very popular in the Crossfit community.
I am not 100% on it but I do cook a lot of paleo recipes.
That is how I'm leaning as well. I can't really give up dairy as I like greek yogurt (especially for cooking instead of mayo).
Do you use a cookbook or websites to find recipes?
I usually just google recipes and I have a free Paleo app on the kindle
Do you use the coconut oil/water/flour/milk? I'm not a huge fan of coconut and wasn't sure if those things would make all of my meals taste like coconut.
Also do you tend to just use butter of do you use Ghee?
I have heard about using almond mill/flour instead.
I have switched to coconut oil for somethings and have switched from soy sauce to coconut aminos, havent noticed that much of coconut taste yet
