tried some surveys while I shopped for early BF deals. completed 3 ON and none of them credited.

Me too, tried two in the morning yesterday, one didn't credit, the second just spun and spun but never got to the congrats page. tried two or three in the evening and they didn't credit. I think something was wrong with them

I tried one this morning and got stuck on an error page. I reported that to their customer service directly, but I will also reach out to my contact there and HOPE that she might be working today. Given the holiday, I am not optimistic.

thanks for the update. at least it's more then one of us so hopefully the credits will come through on Monday; seems like they usually do

ad me to the non-crediting ON list. Yesterday, I got on that was supposed to 15 minutes on new appliances. Correct congrats page and everything-after more than 25 minutes no credit. Boo-hiss. Hope it shows up eventually. They used to, but haven't in a while.

They found the problem! They may not credit all of them until Monday, but they found out what was wrong and are going to resend them. So it's okay to continue to take the surveys now and we should be all caught up on credits by Monday.
