I've tried to join as well. but can't find "user CP" - always felt like I must be looking right at it, but am missing something!?

......OK I think I've got it now: click on "Private Messages" instead of "User CP". Then, click on "Permission Groups".

where do you see private messages??

Finally after almost a year and a half, I am within a few dollars of making Super member. I have a lot of shopping credits coming in yet, but it is fun to do the survey's and knowing I am only within a few dollars.
