Old Merchant question?

I know were not supposed to Pm Tricia or any of the SR crew, but how can I go about getting a contact info for one of our old merchants? I ordered some Mags from a company awhile back, I ordered 2 subs. of the same exact magazine, and have only been receiving one. I ordered 2, so the kiddos could each get one. (its the same exact magazine) I searched the company's website, but for some reason, no phone number, only can file problem tickets, which I have done, with no response back. Thanks!
