I see blue on surveys page what does that mean is on OpinionsPay US (Once Per Day)?

is it more than just a one time offer? I did one yesterday, got this error at the end:
This site can’t be reachedwww.sd1sd.com took too long to respond.

but it did credit.
Did one today, completed and got this same error and no credit. Has been 2-3 hours.

I always get that ending page when I do them and dynamite but it dos credit, if I got the credit it was 18 minutes the hour, never after that at least for me.

thanks, had not had much luck with this but tried yesterday.
Today should have credited on the 8AM credits.

Not going to waste my time if I am not going to get credit for these.

Its the end of the month it could be they were filled up. which in that case fo not have to take it. I always got credit even with the ending page. I only got 2 this month most of the time goes to Survey Surfing.

Opinions Pay US,I know it says we can do it daily, but definitely one and done for me like an offer. Last 7 days or so have completed 4-5, got the same error screen every time; only credited the first time.

I have done it once for twice, Its sends me to Spectrum, so they are still around, I get no ending but it does credit for me.
