    Default Shoebuy error! Advice?

    I ordered a pair of Robeez the other day for my goddaughter. I ordered a 6-12 month size. All the emails said 6-12. I get 12-18month in the mail. If I return them, will they just exchange them? I don't want to lose the 20% off that I got.

    Has anybody dealt with this? I LOVE how fast they come (ordered on Sunday night at 11pm I think and got them today!) and their service but just wondering what I am dealing with.

    Well I had something similar happen. I ordered DS and DH a pair of mammouth crocs. They came and DS's just fit, spending that kind of money i wanted one size up. When I was ordering them they only had certain sizes and colors in stock and it was changing everyday. So I called her and explained my situation. She was VERY helpful and basically told me to go ahead and order the pair I want right now and she sent me a code or email link for a return shipping label to send the other's back. She said this way I'll get the pair I want ASAP while I'm shipping the others back. I did it so fast that it never did effect my SR credit bc I was really only swapping out. So I did essentially pay for 2 up front but they credited my account for the first pair with in days of me sending them back. But in your situation you ordered the correct size right? Just sent the wrong one? I would just call and see what they say

    I just ordered my husband a pair of shoes and they felt 1/2 size too big, so I went on the website and did an exchange for a size smaller and I got the confirmation yesterday that they received the pair I sent back (sent back ups on Sat.) they credited my account for that pair and already placed the new order and I was charged the same exact original amount with the SR discount. Hopefully, fingers crossed that it will not affect my SR credit....I don't know why it should as it was an even exchange. I probably should have just sent them back for credit and then go through SR again to place a new order....I had second thoughts after the fact. I will be very upset if they take my SR credit back though?
